Processing of Orders
After placing your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Your order will be processed during our business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST. Credit card payment is the preferred method of payment. Kewltek Performance Products Inc. also accepts money orders and checks mailed in with your order. You will find our mailing address on the Contact Us page. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing of checks. International customers are responsible for all freight charges, customs and duties, and brokerage fees. All customers are responsible for freight charges.
Returns
Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt date; provided it is in new and unused condition and is in its’ original packaging. A copy of your original invoice and a RMA number must accompany all returns. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee will apply. If we find that a product was shipped in error by us, you will be reimbursed for the return freight.
Obtaining an RMA Number
To obtain an RMA number you must call a customer service representative at 1-800-959-4308 from Canada or the US (international customers please call 314-266-3499) within 30 days of receipt date.
Warranty:
Kewltek Performance Products Inc.’s warranty is limited to the following: We will replace any product with a functional manufacturing defect within 60 days of receipt date. For customers within the continental US and Canada, Kewltek will also pay the shipping costs of replacement product to the customer.
Customers are solely liable for any and all installation errors or problems resulting from incorrect installation. Customers agree that Kewltek Performance Products Inc. will not be held liable for any use or misuse of products resulting in any type of damage or injury in any way.
